Moved back into the area with limited meds. Made an appointment and my doctor called out sick for the whole week, didn’t do zoom meetings at all. Delayed my appointment for 3 weeks and ran out of important meds. Then once I get there they say they don’t prescribe meds at all. Referred me to a psychiatrist after making me wait 5 weeks and used all my meds (could’ve told me they don’t prescribe meds over the phone). Absolutely , the worst experience I've ever been put through hands down.I never get sick so I've had no primary in decades. I unfortunately had an injury and decided to chose a primary and went with Dr Katherine Gebhardt. We decided to have an MRI preformed and in the meantime she called a prescription in for what ultimately was determined to be duel rotator tears amongst other things due to the injury.Went to Pharmacy several hours later for pu and nothing was there. The front desk staff is AWFUL. Every time I call they are nothing but rude. It makes it extremely difficult to call about anything because its a whole ordeal each time. They really need to replace the front desk staff. They act as if they hate their job anyways, are always inconvenienced . It is ridiculous. As far as my Dr I love her, shes really sweet and helpful.
Nothing but good experience here. I chose Jessica Carroll as a PCP. She takes her time and listens. The lab has been under a 10 minute wait every time.
