I called today to be checked for lime disease. I’ve been going here for almost 20 years, the last time for a physical in January. I’ve had the same insurance for five years. They tell me that they cannot make an appointment because they don’t have my insurance information. What?? They do a good job
I can’t figure out how to delete this so I’ll just say I had a bad start with them but actually they do a great job Moved back into the area with limited meds. Made an appointment and my doctor called out sick for the whole week, didn’t do zoom meetings at all. Delayed my appointment for 3 weeks and ran out of important meds. Then once I get there they say they don’t prescribe meds at all. Referred me to a psychiatrist after making me wait 5 weeks and used all my meds (could’ve told me they don’t prescribe meds over the phon... read more
