Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. I really appreciated the print out the practice provided of what my costs would be for the recommended dental work so I could plan future visits. Would recommend this group to anyone shopping for a dentist!

I have a been a patient for several years, but my three children visited Franklin Family Dentistry for the first time today, after seeing a pediatric dentist most of their lives. All three loved Dr. Hippenmeyer and the staff that worked with them (and on their teeth) during their visit. The front office staff is also amazing and very helpful. I love that we will all be in one practice now for our dental cleanings and checkups.

I expect, and I always get the best dental care! Even though I have moved to East Indy from Lake Cordry, I would never switch dental offices! I am very picky, as I worked ten years in the dental field...Stephanie is the very best hygienist I've ever had, and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lauren today. I am totally confident I am getting the best dental care. The staff is awesome! Thank you

I have been seeing these fine people since late February. I must say that even though it gets a little painful from time to time (due to my neglect), it's been overall a great experience. All of the women who worked on me have been as gentile as possible where possible. They have always been real about my issues but, they also go out of their way to be positive also. That by itself is big in my book. Will definitely recommend.

I can honestly say I was very surprised with my experience today. I will admit my teeth are pretty bad, they've been through a lot with me being hard on them as well. I went in super nervous and scared because all previous dentists that I had been through were always super angry and upset with me and rough with my mouth and always scolding me making me uncomfortable and terrified to come back. First time there. Extremely thorough including plenty of X-rays and lots of explanation regarding overall dental hygiene along with a couple of specific challenges with my teeth. I was very satisfied.
