Staff were great, efficient and professional. They were polite and listened to my issues and I had great service all the way from the receptionist to the Tech cleaning my teeth and Dr. Lori Shattuck.

I was a new patient to Franklin Family Dentistry, I called on a Thursday due to a broken tooth. They wanted to get me I that SAME day but due to a work obligation I scheduled for the next day. I was extremely impressed with ALL of the employee's and the dedication to patients. I saw Dr. Haley and she was absolutely amazing with her kind and compassionate care. I have had an incredible experience with Franklin Family Dentistry. They put on a new crown all in one visit. Had a thorough cleaning with Hannah, who is the sweetest and most joyous person ever! She showed me pictures and explained everything as she went along and was very precise and clear. I would definitely recommend FFD to anyone!
