Other kids are always being loud and they throw things at your door and litter all over the buildings they also walk there dog at night and they always chase people and hit trees with footballs and get everyone hurt

After living in this dump for over a year and getting consistently disrespected and mistreated, feel strongly I should caution all against living here. The noise generated from other apartments is significantly disturbing, and property management doesn’t even care. They’ll say, “this is apartment living,” and expect you to put up with all the noise, even if it’s at 3am. I lived at this place for almost a year. I had a situation where I had no funds for a truck and I had to leave by the end of the month.. mlwhen I was able to get a truck it got impounded on the 3qst so I was stuck at the oldapartment trying to find someone to help me but did not get help until the 5th of the month. I had to leave my heavy stuff in the apartment because i did not have a big enough truck or help to move them. While there for five days they were charging me $2700. I tried raft got denied. Unclear if the agents here are actively discriminating against some groups or if they’re just incompetent. Either way, if you are trying to lease an affordable unit, understand that the scheduled appointments are just going to put you off until someone ignores them and just shows up and finds the office open. The last part can be tricky, because they randomly close during their scheduled business hours, but the lucky few who can actually get down there are the ones who get the affordable units, not the suckers who believe th... read more
