WORST PLACE EVER! I do not understand the reviews i read that were good. The staff are lazy and hateful. If you need a refill FORGET it! You will be waiting until you die of old age. I have never been treated like less of a human than here. Doctors are supposed to care, but this place just wants money. Find someplace else, anyplace is better than this awful place!
They are trying their best! It's not about them liking you. It's about me liking them. I want to be able to speak to my Dr. And I want to feel like . He or she is listening. And they are great.
Always courteous and helpfull. Staff is always very nice and the docs listen well to treat symptoms appropriately. I've never had a problem and if I do they resolve the issue in a timely manner. Today a problem was resolved and it wasn't the clinics fault. They stepped up and helped. Thank you to all staff and physicians.
The staff at Franklin Clinic were great, they got me in quick and without any hassle or long wait. I don't plan on getting sick any time soon, but if so, I know they'll be my first choice! Thank you Franklin Clinic, job well done!!! :)
Same shit from other posts, I should of read the reviews before I booked an appointment. Staff very unfriendly, uncaring, unknowledgeable. Lobby does not look picture, it is old and dirty. And they require payment before services are rendered. SMH
It is fast to be seen and very experienced love it
