Franklin Clinic is very helpful and friendly to their patients. Medical care is great and they make you feel important. Most clinics are like being in assembly line you don't get enough time to talk to doctor, but at Franklin Clinic the doctors take time to talk to you and explain what the problem is and solve one's health issue. We have been coming to Franklin Clinic for years and will continue to come to Franklin Clinic for any other heath needs.
I have never experienced poor medical care but I am very upset about the unethical practices happening at this clinic. I don’t understand how I can be billed at the time of service, and then be billed two years later, but never hear about the unpaid balance the other times you’ve been to the clinic between the supposed unpaid balance and now.
I was there for a first visit. Was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the amount of wait time. I was in and out like a doctor's visit should be and got the quality of care I expect from a visit. I am self pay at the moment and felt like the price for a visit was affordable. I am also a former nurse so I know both sides of the equation. I was impressed and will return.
RecommendedGreat service and got me feeling better and on the mend. I did have a wait in the exam room for about an hour for my PA.
They don't answer phone calls and never return phone calls. You just have to go in and sign in to get any of your answers and pay for another visit. This is how they get their money. They have great physicians and PA's. They know their stuff. I've received excellent care and they have been pinpoint accurate. It's just the phone issue that I have issues with!

This place has drastically improved. This clinic realy cares about their patients. Dr. Buchanan is the best dr i have found here in Kerrville.
They have been great!! Spot on with their diagnosis. Helpful. Caring. Kind. Thoughtful. I highly recommend the clinic.
