Expect attitude from DAWN when you call asking questions about your appointment. Doesn't know any answers for me and has to keep putting me on hold to find out. She needs to be retrained how to speak to people.
The staff are so rude and pretty much useless. They cannot answer basic questions its awful communicating with them all ego all certified which makes me worried about who certifies these ppl. The docs and nurses are nice.

Went to see Jeffrey Wiencek yesterday morning at the Franklin clinic, his nurse Francis was AMAZING! Very helpful, explained things in detail, and made sure I knew I could come back and she would help me! Highly recommend!
