The zipper of my favorite dress broke and I couldn't find anyone to fix it but someone recommended I try Franklin cleaners and they fixed it for just under $40. And pressed it to make it look new. I'm so happy!

I’m very disappointed and so upset. I took a coat in to be routinely cleaned three weeks ago and it’s been ruined. It’s a Mackage coat that explicitly states do not clean with perchloroethylene. I’m assuming it must have been used as the coat sleeves and length shrunk 5 inches. If it wasn’t for how expensive the coat is, it’d be comical. The sleeves don’t even come close to the wrist.
