Came in to get my tire sensors replaced and then did a great job tell me every step of the way what was going on and made me feel welcome. Even found a recalled part and they are going to fix that soon. Glad to have my tire sensors all working I hate having lights on the dash. Went there for a special order part and received it in less than 24 hours. Great customer service.
UPDATE-- I have recently gotten my promaster back from another diesel mechanic. They were able to reset the DEF error codes by draining the DEF fluid and replacing it (dodge said they couldn't reset it without spending $6200). They determined the issue is the sensor in the DEF tank and NOT the SCR converter and sensors (like dodge said). Based on conversations I've had in the past, I was impressed with the communications and speed of the service department. My RAM 2500 wouldn't start on a very cold morning after perfect performance since purchasing the truck 11 months prior. My initial phone call was not great but we got through it.
