I recently had my oil changed for the first time since purchasing my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I called to schedule my appointment and they were able to see me the same day, which honestly was unexpected but appreciated. I was told when scheduling that the service would take 45 minutes but could be longer. When I pulled into the bay at my scheduled appointment time, No one seems eager to help.
