Paige Moore was so helpful today. So nice and kind and also got my jeep in to rotate tires AND remove the locks on the tires. I hope to work with Paige in the future. She gets 5 stars in my book
Excellent experience
They charge way too much and don't fix the problem. Now I have to schedule another appointment and go back because they did not do the work i requested on my last visit. They charge outrageous prices for their time, but don't give a damn about your time or mine. I was supposed to have transmission service and tire service with my appointment, and I sat there for over 4 hours and they didn't do any of it.
Had the truck in for service and had to bring it back twice. No fun. The Service Guy TJ and the service manager were great or I would have given a 1 star. The technician didn’t correct the positive battery terminal back correctly and it caused lots of issues. This is basic 101 heck your work.
