I did not have a problem with the office it was pretty clean. The staff could use some training on their bedside manners the office workers are in complete disarray. They cant get things organized. When they say they are going to take care of something do not believe them..call them every day until you get solid conformation in the mail or something. If your scheduled apt is canceled and they say they will call you back to reschedule dont count on it!!. thats just the tip of the iceberg. Those employees are a waste of govern... read more
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I needed a Pap I got a appointment could not stay the wait was 2 hrs as it was. They were to make another appt and never called me back 2 months later. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
