I've had great experiences here. They know how to diagnose the difficult things like electric or computer issues but better than a dealership, in my opinion. They are also decent and honest people with a professional atmosphere. Thanks for the great work on fixing my emissions issue today!
Needed a timely tire repair or replacement. These folks assessed and explained what had happened. Repaired the tire and I was on my way within an hour. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend.
My experience with Franklin is nothing short of fantastic. I had a fuel leak and was pretty bad. Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. I didn’t expect to have a one day turn around and I am so very pleased with the quality of the work and great communication with the owner and crew!
