The team at Franklin Automotive did a great job saved me not only money but time from driving to Atlanta to get my car serviced.
Nick was rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Returned one out of five phone calls. Told my girlfriend, I was an idiot for doing my own suspension work. Did not give me a quote for any of the work until half of it was done. Told me he would give me a quote on the second half of the work and did not quote me until he ordered the parts. I have a 2019 Toyota Rav4 with what seems to be a vacuum leak, called in at 7:45am to schedule a service. Apparently the gentleman answering the phone didn't want business and was very short and rude. Long story short Christian Brothers Automotive was more than happy to help take care of us.
I've brought my Subaru Forester with ~130k miles here a number of times and the service is always fantastic. Prices are fair, and they're thorough and efficient. Brad is the best- he's a straight shooter and super knowledgable! He'll always explain in detail why something needs repairing before doing the work, and won't try to upsell you on anything you don't need.
