Franklin is a great automotive service establishment. They are honest and the pricing is reasonable. I had rear brakes serviced and they told me what was, and what wasn't needed. Brad is super nice and helpful. I trust these folks, I've used them before, and I will go to them for all my automotive servicing needs.
I have been a customer of Franklin Automotive for approx. 20 years and they have serviced multiple vehicles from multiple makers for me. They are reasonably priced, located conveniently (for me), very friendly and professional and always do a great job. I highly recommend them.
Before going to Franklin, I had been going to the Subaru dealer in Hoover and just felt like they charged way too much and didn't have the experience and knowledge I would expect from a dealership. They quoted me between 2k to 4k to fix a wiring issue by replacing the entire wiring harness. I took the car to Franklin and Brad said they would troubleshoot the wiring/electrical issue and were able to solve for less than 1k. Excellent service and Great Work! The dealer couldn't get my engine light to turn off. But Franklin figured it out. They also fixed some other issues. All for less than what the dealer was going to charge to fix the one engine light issue. My Subaru is running great!
