I have been taking my car here for 10 years plus years! Most recently, I was in a time crunch and Kathy made it happen for me to drive safely and move my girl to college in FL! She spoke to the team and they stayed late and worked hard for me! If you have a Lexus or any car they service…RUN to them! They answer the phone, are kind, and honest! Also Greg will give you a ride or you can wait there! I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10 ‼️
I don’t enjoy having to do car maintenance, but I realize it’s a necessity. As a single female I often fear that people try to take advantage of women who don’t know a lot about cars. The team over at Franklin Automotive are always patient and professional. They take time to explain what’s included in various maintenance schedules along with the pros and cons and timing of when services are an absolute. They are always friendly and thorough. I am a forever customer.
