I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay at Franklin Apartments in Adelaide. The towel that was supposed to be fresh and clean had visible brown stains, which was very unpleasant, unhygienic, and was quite yucky. I took a photo, but there’s no option to attach it here. The pillowcase also had a strong, sweaty odour, as if it hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. It seemed like the bed was simply remade rather than properly changed.
