Absolutely POOR customer service. They made a mistake on our credit report by reporting a late payment the month that they actually transferred our mortgage payments to another company. We called multiple times to have them fix the issue, or at least give us a letter stating that they made a mistake. Well, we never got that letter after a couple weeks, so I called again to follow up, and I was finally transferred to a supervisor named JESSICA, who was very rude and kept threatening to hang up on me.
