I loved it,! My family was there , the staff was like so friendly, almost over the top, the food , c'mon man slow roasted baby back ribs so tender almost falls off the bone, go as many times as i can, and live my birthday dinners there, give them a try for good ribs, no artificial smoke flavor like some other rib joints, .

We called and made reservations for a party of 9 at 7pm. We all arrived in time and then were told were told we had to sit a two different booths across from each other because they didn't have anyone leaving any time soon and another party came with more people then they reserved and they took our spot. We were there to celebrate my sons 17th birthday with family not to be separated away from each other. They offered nothing to rectify the problem. Beware of making reservations and them honoring it.

When the reservation was made earlier Saturday it was explained to the member of your party that we did not have space available to seat your group at one table because of prior bookings and that we could accommodate you at two adjacent tables. Every time I visit virginia beach I make a point to go to frankies place for ribs. Most tender baby back ribs with the tastiest secret sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
