Took my nephew there today for lunch he's visiting from out of state -Philadelphia we had the nicest server VIRGINIA she was extremely pleasant whatever we asked of her she was right on it with a smile on her face. She definitely is an asset to your establishment. Virginia went above and beyond. She made our visit most enjoyable. Hope when I go back she will be there. I truly hope she is valued and appreciated.
First time here. Great meal and friendly service. Worth a return trip!

The best ribs in Hampton Roads. Sides are awesome too, especially the green beans. Great cornbread muffins, and if you get there early enough, you can try their delicious chicken & rice soup :-)
Always a favorite when we visit Virginia Beach. Good food, great value.
Service was very poor, today. Server took our order, brought our meal and that was the last we saw of her. Even had to ask the hostess to have the server bring our check. We'll not be back anytime soon. They've ever discontinued the "Early Bird" special.
Even though we love the food at Frankie's and have eaten there for years, we WON'T be back. The service we received at the Fairfield store on Mother's Day was terrible; but worst of all was the way the management didn't seem to care when we brought it to their attention. Our family of 10 were celebrating ME on Mother's Day. It was my request to go to Frankie's.
