had lunch at Frankies today food was awesome service was fanstastic ribs were very tender and the shrimp was nice and crispy hardly any wait go for lunch sometimes at least twice a week and once for dinner love all Frankies variety of a menu
When ever I come home I make it a point to stop at Frankie's. I live in Baltimore, Maryland now and they know nothing about rib tip dinners. The last time I came home I ate the fries as soon as I got it and drove the rest of the dinner back to Baltimore so I could savor the taste .Lol
Horrible service. Filthy dirty environment. Waited in line 15 minutes with one customer in front on me. No one was helping customers but people were walking around acting like they were doing things when there was a line at 15 customers that wanted to get food. Someone finally came to the window they said they were all out of beef tips but I didn't want that but the people in front of me were so indecisive and the guy working the counter just keep on saying we're out of beef tips. THE BEST ribs and sauce ever. Never disappointed and always delicious. If you're ever in South Bend you HAVE to stop at Frankie's!
Worst experience I've ever had!! Waited in line 40 minutes to place my order...waited 30 minutes for my food...and then was told that they were out of the item I ordered. Are you shitting me?? Why wasn't i told when I placed my order? They didn't know...they didn't give a damn! No "we're sorry" ..No " we'll give you something else" I wasted over an hour in there to be treated like trash! Will never step in that dump again!!
I’ve been going to Frankies over 30 years and its still same Five star taste the same and quality just the same as 30 years ago I’m glad they didn’t follow Hostes cupcake lead LOL 😂 Thanks Frankies Best Ribtip Dinner Ever

I have gotten Frankie’s a couple times for lunch and always get the rib tips and they never disappoint. So many of my family and friends including myself are long lasting customers and love Frankie’s!
