Disappointing, tough meat, and small portions for price.
Ordered top dinner cut fine, sauce on the side,mixed. Got home everything was swimming in sauce, including the fries. Needless to say was not very happy with spending time and money, and getting the wrong order. Won't be spending anymore money there!!!
Very disappointed!! I’ve been promising my staff Frankie’s today for two weeks.. Get there at 11:09 because you open at 11.. After I sit in the parking lot until 11:15 an employee comes and taped a piece of paper up on the door that you’ll open at 11:45.. So unprofessional and now my staff has nooo lunch!! Not to mention you missed out on a very large order!
The ribs done fell off!! Must be some comfortable people in there cooking. Only making money off the name... My ribs been under cooked the last three times. yuck
