I work on the road. I got an order to go and was not happy. Policy is to bring back for replacement. I explained to John the manager I worked twelve hours and just ate it. I wasnt gonna call in. Im so glad I did. John replaced my meal and it was FANTASTIC ! THANK YOU ! I will be back when ever Im in town.

Very disappointed. I stopped supporting because I stood in line one day for 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, then out of no where some guy guys the whole line and the lady takes his order. At that point I walked out without ordering. Today I decided to try it again and the food was horrible. Ribs were fatty and burnt. I got sauce at the bottom of the box not on ribs. A lot of grease mixed with the sauce. Last time I support this business.
