Found Frankie Online. He is very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Frankie went through step by step on the repairs he was conducting and showed me the old parts which were damaged and installed the new parts as I watched. Will definitely be using him again. Thanks Frankie.
Showed up 3 hours late, but fixed the car. Then he agreed to fix my other car and gave me a diagnostic. 1 week passed by and still have show up or call. Another mechanic came and fix it. Guess what!!! Frankie diagnostic was WRONG and I saved around $300 😃
I was sitting in an AutoZone parking lot with a battery terminal that was fused shut on an old battery after another mechanic shop had told me that it would potentially take one week to get the parts, several hours to do the repair, and ultimately cost $300 to replace. An AutoZone employee and I were trying everything short of putting a chainsaw to the terminal, when Frankie just happened to walk up from his truck and say "I'm going to help you."
