There were plenty of cars in my price range to choose from
Upfront with facts/car info, quickly addressed my questions/concerns, resolved issues and provided excellent customer service. I couldn't have asked for more.
I was searching for a Honda Accord and went to Frankie's. We met with Pam (the best and most honest sales person I have ever met). We were thrilled with the options available to us and the various financing that were available. We found the perfect car and wrote a check for it that day. A few months later we brought the car in for some minor service and my husband purchased a Denali (from Pam). We love the warranty offered at Frankie's, love the customer service

Over all not bad service. Was upset that i drove 5 hrs for this vehicle to pay up front and they allowed some one else to try and buy it while we were driving hear. Thankfully there deal did not go through
When I first arrived here at Frankie's I was assisted by a sales rep.Once this particular sales rep heard I was not buying today, he pretty much avoided us. Thanks to luck Alex stepped in and help with looking and getting all the paperwork ready to get my new Nissan Pathfinder. I have to say this was a great experience for a first time buyer.
