Well, the few times I've been there for scheduled recall work, the jobs that were done took way longer than they should have - at least once because they gave me a full inspection without my consent trying to sell me on a bunch of other maintenance work - some of which I was able to do myself at a fifth the cost, and some of which, my regular mechanic could not confirm was actually needed.
