I hadto call my insurance on 2 separate occasions to get my meds pre authorized. He just sent my script of new meds to the pharmacy unauthorized, leaving me hanging with no meds and having to wait for another appointment with him .
I absolutely love her. She listens to me when I have a concern; she doesn't dismiss my thoughts of what I feel could be wrong. As a black woman it is so important to have a doctor listen to you without judging you or not believing you. I love her.
