Maureen is the most ignorant person I have ever had to deal with. Asked her for a referral and she was so rude towards me. I told her to change her attitude or I would report her to Dr.Franzi who is a great man and she told me to go ahead she didn't even care. Well I never reported her but she actually told the doctors in the practice that I was being hostile and actually called her names like i was a little kid or something. Friendly, professional, and prompt service.
I tried to switch here because its close to home & my last doctor was closing his office...took my last 2 yrs of paperwork required, never got a call back...I had to call them for them to tell me they were still waiting for my Dr. to send my records. I told them I took my records in person. She says they need more records but my doctors office is now closed.
