Our silkie bantam duck, Henry was nabbed by a snapping turtle on a Sunday. I emailed the office via their website and Dr. Buck, whom was not even in the state of Michigan emailed me back! She told me what to do and to be at the office at 8am on Monday morning. When we arrived on Monday, we were seen immediately and Henry was taken to surgery for some sewing up! Half an hour later we left with a whole duck, antibiotics and pain med. Dr. Buck truly loves her job and her clients. She is a wonderful, caring person.

Thanks to Dr. Buck for the excellent care she gives our birds. I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. The drive is worth the peace of mind I get knowing they will be treated well by Dr. and her staff.

i was at your office today with my family, an my cockatoo sasha.. i was very pleased with how welcome you made us feel. an your professionalism was wonfderful..it made us feel so much better... we came a long way to see dr buck, since shes the only certified avian vet on this side of the state.....were going to post photos an videos of our sasha...hes qute a character... lol you guys didn't see the real sasha.. lol..thanks again..
