One of the best practices I've ever stepped foot in, extremely clean and the staff is so friendly. Dr. Buck knows her stuff! I'm so impressed with how well she worked with Calypso and am so excited to keep working with her. Also, the late hours on Tuesday are amazing! The quality of care is really top notch. Appreciate everything they did for us today.
Rushed my nanday conure for an emergency to them and they not only saved his life but gave me lots of pointers on how to care for a special needs bird.
I brought my dog in for routine vaccines and was really surprised by the quality of service, knowledgeable technicians and staff, and up to date, evidence-based practice. I have always felt that good veterinary clinics are much better at patient-focused primary care than human practices and this is true of Frankenmuth-Birch Run Vet too!! Thanks!
Have had two appointments for my four month old puppy, including spaying. Employers as well as Dr Buck appear to be friendly, pleasant and very caring to my dog. Prices are a little high but quality of care appear high also. Clinic appears clean, bright & odor free. Would have given 5 stars in prices were a little lower,although I have not had a pet requiring vet care in over 20 years, so probably out of touch.
We took our cat to the vet to get an exam and he was itchy and the vet gave him a shot for the itchiness and so far its working Thanks so much .my cats happy campier plus his hairs growing back . I would recommend this place to anyone ! Michele Moyer
