Absolutely love this place
Dr. Buck has saved the lives of two of my hens, Mindy four years ago, and Gertrude this weekend. I know that they were in the best care I could have found anywhere. I am also thankful for Saturday hours. Without hesitation I will return to this veterinarian if the need arises again. I can highly recommend Frankenmuth-Birch Run Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Buck and staff were phenomenal! They handled our conure Tooters with care and made it the best experience possible for him. They really care and provide amazing education. The office is clean, everyone is friendly. I’m so happy we found a primary care for our sweet boy. I highly recommend this office, especially if you are looking for an exotic vet.
Yesterday I called the "former" vet of my Service dog, April. I would have to wait 5 days to get in even though it was related to a previous appointment. I called Frankenmuth/BR. They got her in the same day! Clean, friendly, almost no waiting plus I discovered they are open 6 days of the week! We will be back! ��
As a federally licensed wildlife rehabilitator, Dr. Buck has been a huge help to me for many years with all the birds I`ve brought to her,as well as seeing my own pets occasionally.She never charged me for wildlife care or surgeries they needed. She taught me so much over the years! The staff is excellent,always finding room for the doctor to see me in a timely manner for my birds. They are all kind and compassionate. I can`t say enough for all these people. Love you guys! Teresa

Dr.Buck and her staff were wonderful. I brought my hedgehog in after he wasn't getting better from a different vet office. Dr. Buck took her time to actually examine actually get hands on with him unlike my other vet. Unfortunately Loki was unable to be helped, but Dr. Buck made our decision to lay him to rest as easy as she could, and allowed us all the time we needed to tell him goodbye. I would definitely make the 2 hour drive for my other animals to see this vet instead of the vet that's closer to me.
