My experience with Management Support (frankel family trust) while being a tenant at Las Colinas Black Canyon was unprofessional, an abuse of power, dishonest, and tenants are expected to take care of things that are not tenants responsibilities, but a property management companies responsibility. Public Relations leaves a lot to be desired. Blocked from speaking with managers and scheduling an appointment at every level of management, right on up to corporate level. Very poor service.
Just because the market will allow raising rents to the max doesn't mean you should. (Especially in these tough times)
