I gave them 2 grand down and financing fell through 3 MONTHS later. Of which I still haven’t received my down payment back yet. They repossessed the car the night before Thanksgiving and I am still without a car, 20+ soft and hard credit checks, no down payment to buy another car. Furthermore I have not been reimbursed the almost $1,000 in parts and labor to replace the car battery and a wheel hub that failed and should have been covered by the vehicle warranty and the extended warranty.

I only had oil changes mostly and love how there’s a coffee and tea area in the waiting area. I love how there’s not that much people in the area since I’m very introverted and always make sure to buy food before I go here while I wait on my car. So far I don’t have any complaints and the people are so friendly.
