Jan 23rd spoke to salesman after a few calls. Inquired about a 2016 Denali for $37500. Expressed concern about 75k miles. Sat Jan 25th 4pm salesman called to say he was able to place a full warranty covering vehicle up to 120k. I said ok what’s next? I offered to come in Sun the next day. He said just fill out the online form and he’d be back Monday because it worked better for him. I hung up, got online and submitted the application for the vehicle in question. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales team. Every request I made was fulfilled from test drive to final signing of papers and delivery of the car. Although I don't buy cars often, as I tend to keep them for many years, if the need arises I will definitely return to Siena's to shop for a quality car.
