Have not had any issues in the almost 2 years I have been dealing with them until now !! My AC went out and i called to get someone to come fix it and I was told it was not emergent and my house was 90° !!!! I do not see how that s not emergent!!! And I have really bad asthma!!! Very very angry with how this is being handled!!!
STAY AWAY We rented a single family home from them in york county. I will say I want to give 1.5 stars as the only saving grace was the price was reasonable. The property was very dirty when we moved in; had not been vacuumed or swept, water on floor, and dead roaches. The refrigerator was filthy, broken, and full of standing water. Gutters had plants growing in them and trash piled up on the side of the house. We actually had to hire professional cleaners.
