Never called w/a status unless returning my call. Noticed a puncture hole in side of rear seat where most damage occurred, but, car is 10yrs old, so not as concerned.

5 Star : My Experience I have driven the car for a full day now and it running well and looks good. The parts took longer than expected but I understand that is an issue that can cause unseen delays at this time. The only relatively minor thing is my floor carpet had dirt stains in the back, but they came out with a rug cleaner.
