Massey took incredible care of my fiance and I throughout the entire process, from the first consultation to our final fitting. I knew absolutely nothing about diamonds, color, clarity, etc., and Massey guided me through the process and learned what I should be looking for the price I'd be paying. Massey managed beautiful repairs on our antique wedding rings. Following some damaging work by another vendor, I took 2 92-year-old family wedding rings to Massey at Frank Salese. He accomplished expert repairs of fissures caused by previous resizing, replaced a side diamond that fell out at a great price, rebuilt the cracked panel in which the stone sits, and had the rings' delicate, but worn, orange blossom engraving renewed.
