Charged an old lady $600 to change out thermocouple on hot water heater.......................15 mins of work
I will never use Frank's Plumbing again. They replace the outside hose bib. A 30 minute job and I suppled the parts; way over charged me. Cost $234! Then when I called to receive an itemized invoice the lady on the phone would not send one and was very very rude.

I discovered a broken pipe in my garage around 5 pm. A plumber, Dennis, was sent to the house shortly after my call, made a preliminary decision of what needed to be done, and put me second o repairs the next day. He came, gave me the cost, and promptly fixed my problem. Very professional, discussed the problem with me, and showed what had been done.
I will use this company for any plumbing or piping issue. Always on time and super friendly and professional. Thank you guys for all the hard work!
I had a minor plumbing emergency yesterday. I called Frank’s, and because we are diamond club members, they knew who I was when I called and then told me they would send a technician out later that day. Nonmembers have a 2-3 day wait. With a flooded laundry room floor and a backed up kitchen sink, I couldn’t wait the 2-3 days. It pays to be a member. Within an hour, Ryan and Tyler showed up at my house.
