I called Franks to see what was wrong with my air conditioning unit as it was not turning on. I asked for a detailed written explanation of what was wrong with it and if the tech could look at the duct work while he was up there to see if any of it needed to be repaired. What I go was “The circuit board is fried and I needed to replace my entire system” with a quote for $28k for the system. I will never use Frank's Plumbing again. They replace the outside hose bib. A 30 minute job and I suppled the parts; way over charged me. Cost $234! Then when I called to receive an itemized invoice the lady on the phone would not send one and was very very rude.
