Frank's is one of my favorite spots! The service is great! Food is always delicious! Love them!!
I have been to Frank's several times. The last time I went, I ordered a chicken cheese steak like I always do. The order was placed over the phone. That was by far the NASTIEST sandwich I have ever had from there and it did not have the specifications I requested. It I called back and expressed my concerns and they told me to come back to get a replacement. I waited about a week to try to get another one. This time the sandwich was even worse. Called in order from work(only have 30 minutes for lunch) got there, it was not ready. Had to wait for it. Got it bout 20 minutes later. Only 10 minutes left to eat then. Didn't have time to enjoy my food at all. Then stood waiting in line. The cashier asked another girl to ring me up. She came an tinkered on the register with an attitude then walked off. Great food great prices great service look forward to return visit next time in town
Was 4:30pm on 10-16-16 the place was not busy and it was the worst experience ever, it was about 6 chics walking around and none of them wanted to seat a party of 2. Finally after 5-10 mins we got seated then it took another 10 mins to take order, when food came we had to get up and get silver wear, the server did not bring parm cheese after it was asked for, had to ask for drink refills, took forever to get check, and we couldn't pay at register without the server who waited on us, even tho it was about 4-5 people standing ... read more
