We used to love Franks! The last couple of times we have been, the food has been fine - it’s more the service and the wait time. We came today for a quick lunch and spent 2 hours there ... and there was only 5 tables of people. The waitress was nice and trying her best, but we had to initially wait at the hostess stand while 3 people said they’d be right with us, wait for 10 more minutes for someone to come to the table. Ate at Franks tonight and found hair in my salad. Due to salad “coming with” entree manager didn’t take meal off and refused to even discount it. Nothing is “free” and the salad is figured into the price point. This was very disappointing and made me lose my appetite. Franks usually gives me a great experience but after this one I won’t be returning.
Horrible!!! Stood up front and waited 6 mins to be sat, then another 10 mins to order then after 45 mins(only getting a salad and mozzarella sticks) the Salmon entree never come out! The waitress said several times its almost ready. We requested the bill and for it to be put as to go. Finally at the hour mark we got up and requested our money back...and they said no its almost ready i said no i want a refund. They refunded the entree and we left and will never go back!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Was in there this evening with two others and although I usually don’t have much to say about service or even the food for that matter But the service that a young lady named Jordan gave us just made the food seem even more amazing than we already knew it would be...she is surely an asset to your restaurant,thank you
food is great and the atmosphere is peaceful w great southern hospitality. Can't get no better, unless you are being serenaded by Ted Dalton while enjoying your meal
