Service was terrible, having been a server at this restaurant I expected so much more. Food was ok definitely not there best.
Was there on Thursday night our server Karli was very attentative in making sure our needs were met. The food was delicious, very nice portions, and fast service in getting our food.
My first experience at franks will be my last. Very poor service. Saw my server one time in 2 hours. Literally witnessed two other customer sit and wait for 25 minutes and never were they greeted, so they eventually walked out. I had to get up and get my ranch and refill my drinks. After I left I called to speak to a manager only for him to ask me what he should do... maybe he needs to get better servers or there will not be a restaurant there much longer.
The food was the best as usual. The service was good and the kitchen was really clean.
Ate there, took home left over calzone and my fiancée found a big clump of hair in her calzone. I will never eat at this place ever again. I hope it gets shut down if this is what they serve...
