First visit as an emergency walk in patient. Dr Collier was very informative and helpful with my situation.
Dr. Collier does not listen to what you have to say. He’s too busy rushing out of the exam room yet I had to was 1 1/2 hours on my first visit & almost 3 hours for the second when he wasn’t in the office at all for 1 1/2 of those hours. He does not explain anything or answer your questions. I did get relief from the epidural & cortisone in my neck. He recommended another procedure for my neck, but did not explain it. Canceled that appointment & never went back. I see 5 of the doctors at SOS & love them & their PA’s.
It was very good. But remember that this is my first visit only. The doctor impressed me with his explanation and checking up of the place that hurts. I definitely will come back.
Dr Collier was extremely nice and down to earth. He listened and answered all my questions. And he was very friendly.
Very good meeting. Successful in giving me immediate pain relief. I walked all over today. This doctor knew immediately my pain level the causes and what to do about it. I can trust him. Thank you.
Dr Collier is a very attentive person and he offers good safe solutions to making surgery a later option if needed. He put me at ease as he explained everything I needed to know concerning procedures I would need.
I have seen him twice,and so far he has been spot on with reducing the pain in my left leg.
Rude, blames the patient for their pain and tells the patient they have no faith in themselves,believing they can heal themselves with faith and excercise.
He may be a good doctor, but his staff is both inefficient and rude. My wife saw his PA on August 16 and determined she needed injections to relieve pain in her lower back. We were advised that the office needed Insurance clearance first. Now almost 4 weeks later, we haven’t heard from the office. I called the office to get information whether the injections were approved. After waiting about 15 minutes someone answered the phone. She was unhelpful and rude. We are going to find another doctor
