He's okay, overall. A 3 (out of 5) for listening and being attuned to the patient. It would help if he understood that some patients know themselves and their bodies as well, if not more than the Dr. He needs to listen more and better. But he does explain and describe procedures and process very clearly. It's easy to understand him and why he's doing what he's doing or planning to do.
Dr. Collier performed a thermal ablation. After sometimes excruciating pain, I am now painfree. No exaggeration. I’d forgotten what it was like to not have back pain and the ablation seems to have done the trick. Many thanks.
