If you need work done on your eyes, go to an oculoplastic surgeon who has specialized training for this complicated surgery. Fechner attempted to do a lower eyelid surgery on me and I was left with a detached, drooping eyelid. He tried to repair his mistake and failed. He then referred me to an oculoplastic surgeon in the area. Save yourself time, grief and $$$$ and go directly to an oculoplastic surgeon. Don't use this doctor for your eyes! BTW, Fechner will not pay for any repairs to his failed surgery.
