Top notch from start to finish. All nurses and of course Dr. Fechner are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. You receive in depth information of every detail for pre, during, and post surgery. I was very grateful for the insight on how I would feel from day to day after surgery. This helped me understand the healing process, timelines and set expectations.

I turned 50 and decided it was time to work on the areas that had been bothering me Dr. Fechner and team listened to my concerns and helped to come up with a plan to address these. They were upfront and extremely helpful. Scheduling the surgery and follow ups was easy and everyone was helpful. The procedure was a success and I am feeling great about the results!

Although my facelift turned out well, my corner lip lift is quite unsatisfactory. I have terrible scarring that is quite noticeable. I guess I should have have gone elsewhere after I was told he had no before and after photos of this procedure. I went back to the office at least five times asking that the scarring be rectified, but all he did was keep putting filler into it. The scarring has not resolved at all over a year almost a year and a half later.
Brieana was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sweet. She made it fun :)
