The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate that Dr. Norberg was willing to try to help my husband who was having discomfort with all movement of his right shoulder. The surgery went well, our post op care was helpful every step of the way. The involvement of he and his staff in the recovery process was key to the progress and successful outcome.

I have had shoulder problems - and a car accident that tore up one of my shoulders - for a number of years. Dr. Norberg is experienced, sharp and straight forward. He tells it like it is and is cautious in recommending surgery. I broke my shoulder in 3 places and this resulted in taking time to heal and lots of challenging physical therapy. From the time I began the process for a shoulder replacement with Dr. Norberg, I became more and more comfortable and confident in what was a major undertaking. It has resulted in a life-changing experience, better even than I anticipated. And, throughout the follow-up visits, he was extremely supportive and positive. I could not even reach the radio knobs in my car without severe shoulder pain. Had ratator cuff surgery 20+ years ago, but over the last 4 years, shoulder was again getting more painful. Went in to see Dr. Norberg. Thorough exam, MRI, and he said my best outcome would be a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Dr Norberg was great from my first visit to my last visit. He took the time to give me a risk benefit analysis based on my age. He sets realistic outcomes and therapies to achieve them. I more than exceeded my personal goals for the procedure. At the young age of 50, I had a shoulder replacement surgery. Dr Norberg did the ovomotion with glenoid inlay procedure and I feel great. He was recommended by one of his colleagues as one of the best MDs to help me and he was outstanding.
