The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate that Dr. Norberg was willing to try to help my husband who was having discomfort with all movement of his right shoulder. The surgery went well, our post op care was helpful every step of the way. The involvement of he and his staff in the recovery process was key to the progress and successful outcome.

I have had shoulder problems - and a car accident that tore up one of my shoulders - for a number of years. After my car accident, I was advised to have Dr. Norberg do the repair surgery (instead of the clinic/hospital to which I was taken at the time of the accident). I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Norberg's plan and surgical skill were amazing! Completely repaired my shoulder after the accident (and a previous surgery done by another surgeon) to the point where I am today - no limitations (including being able... read more

Dr. Norberg is experienced, sharp and straight forward. He tells it like it is and is cautious in recommending surgery. I broke my shoulder in 3 places and this resulted in taking time to heal and lots of challenging physical therapy. He is kind and shares insightful tips to help move forward during the healing process. He is very thorough in his assessment of your injury all throughout the entire process until your healed and healthy again. I recommend Dr. Norberg and his team of extremely friendly Dr's and Nurses in the hi... read more

Dr. Norberg is very professional, competent, kind, patient and has a great sense of humor. He listened to and patiently answered my questions and concerns. I really like and appreciate his direct matter of fact manner. My confidence in Dr. Norberg was reinforced by the high opinion and praise the nurses and other medical staff at Abbott Northwester Hospital gave him. My surgery was one year ago and I have had no complications. I have better range of motion and strength than I did for the two years prior to surgery. I heartil... read more

From the time I began the process for a shoulder replacement with Dr. Norberg, I became more and more comfortable and confident in what was a major undertaking. It has resulted in a life-changing experience, better even than I anticipated. And, throughout the follow-up visits, he was extremely supportive and positive. Each time we met he surprised me with his vast understanding of details and solutions. I feel that I could not have had a better experience or outcome!

I could not even reach the radio knobs in my car without severe shoulder pain. Had ratator cuff surgery 20+ years ago, but over the last 4 years, shoulder was again getting more painful. Went in to see Dr. Norberg. Thorough exam, MRI, and he said my best outcome would be a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement. He told me what to expect after surgery, limitations, recovery, etc. Very complete and honest conversation. Had the surgery in October of 2021. So very glad I had it done. Pain free now, with minimal lifting limits. No o... read more

Dr Norberg was great from my first visit to my last visit. He took the time to give me a risk benefit analysis based on my age. He sets realistic outcomes and therapies to achieve them. I more than exceeded my personal goals for the procedure. At the young age of 50, I had a shoulder replacement surgery. Dr Norberg did the ovomotion with glenoid inlay procedure and I feel great. He was recommended by one of his colleagues as one of the best MDs to help me and he was outstanding.
