Dr. Norbert is fabulous! He is very knowledgeable and superb Orthopedic Surgeon. His kindness and positivity was stellar. I HIGHLY recommend him for shoulder surgery. My shoulder is in great shape, nine months after surgery. Great bedside manner!!!! Thank You
I know Dr. Frank Norberg for many years. He treated my arthritis when it would flare up. When I fell and damaged my right shoulder I went directly to him. My sugery was a complete success. I returned to full mobility and I am pain free. He is an excellent doctor at Allina Health.
After my initial consultation with Dr. Norberg, I knew he was my guy.He was highly professional, treated me respect, listened to me and he always had solid direction and instructions for me.I can not emphasize enough how happy I am with my surgery. Dr. Norberg is fantastic.
Arthritis put 3 holes in my shoulder socket and after I had one doctor tell me he wouldn’t do my shoulder surgery but that I needed to see Dr Norberg because only he could fix it I went to see him and he suggested a reverse shoulder replacement was the only surgery that would help me and I went ahead with the procedure. Well, 6 months later after therapy I have gotten back full movement with no pain and in fact my repaired shoulder is now stronger than my good shoulder. Dr. Norberg and his Team are extraordinary! He performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery on me in April 2024. Every aspect of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Every question was answered completely. Every expectation that I had was exceeded!!! A great doctor with a great Team!!!

Incredibly thorough staff, from the pre surgery meetings to the last post op meeting seven months after surgery I was completely educated on all phases of my shoulder replacement surgery. My shoulder was in very bad shape, I could not raise my arm to tune a radio, I could not throw a ball overhand for the past 20 years. Today, seven months after my full replacement I have no pain, I can use a power drill overhead with ease, I can throw a ball overhand not just toss it and I can sleep on either shoulder. It’s been ten months since my right shoulder replacement and 3 months since my left. Dr Norbert did an excellent job fixing my arthritic, painful shoulders. His PA Kayla did an amazing job on the suturing, leaving me with a very faint scar. My physical therapist , Kyle from TCO in Vadnais Heights was a very good asset to help me recover my motion and strength. I have almost fully recovered on the right and am very close on the left. From the very beginning, Dr Norberg and Team treated me with respect and most importantly, listened to my questions. I was supplied understandable answers and if I did not understand, the team approached my concerns differently until I did understand.
