I brought in pictures from magazines of ring designs that I wanted incorporated into one ring. Mr. Frank Melaerts not only created "my" wedding set, he created a work of art. We provided him with the solitaire oval-cut diamond and he was able to match the diamonds in the bands with the same color and clarity as the solitaire. It rocks, naturally! It rocks, naturally! Frank Melaerts Jewelers's is all about customer service and that's what we got. Including, being brought into the manager's office for champagne when we bought our wedding bands there. They provide prompt and free cleaning of your jewelry and the people who work there are never snooty and are always very helpful and friendly.
My husband and I both had a very positive experience! Nice experience After reading the reviews I was a little worried about resolving my issue. My husband had purchased 3 pieces of jewelry for me,and I did not receive the third pouch and cleaning cloth. When I called to get the missing one, they not only were as nice as could be but offered to send me an extra pouch and cloth. My husband and I both had a very positive experience!
