Very pleased with the service we received regarding an issue we had with a mini split unit. Their office (Jean) responded immediately, set up a timely appointment, followed up with updates and their technician Dan arrived, fixed the immediate problem and gave us good options as to how to move forward. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Rob was great. Very polite and friendly. However, he quoted me a price of $599 for a simple swap out of a garbage disposal. When he called the office, they offered me a 10% discount. Really?? After paying the $74 service call fee, I'm still without a working disposal. But its way better than getting ripped off at this quoted price. Won't be calling them again.
Mike came to diagnose a leak behind the tile. He found the problem and made the repair as well as answering questions cheerfully. I would not hesitate to call F&L again.The office staff was concerned with our problem, obtained the details and put us on the schedule. Great service !

We had a new air handler and condenser installed by Kevin P. and Rob T. These gentlemen couldn't have been more professional, efficient and pleasurable to work with. They made sure we understood the maintenance requirements and delivered a wonderful experience.
We had an exploratory meeting with Wayne about ductless split system air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in thinking through all the possible options. We now have a good basis for a decision, as well as quotes for two configurations.
we have used F&L for years, they installed our ductless AC units. Over the years Mark, Chris, Dan and Jeremy have serviced our units and they were always efficient, respectful and prompt and informative. Thanks,christine
This is the second time that Kevin has come to our house to do work. We had a leak and he was clear about explaining everything that it could be. Luckily, the leak was found quickly and repaired. I will continue to request Kevin should we need anything else done.
