Had a great experience. Tommy is a great guy and very helpful.
I stopped by this place just have someone take a loom at scratch on my car. I thought ai might could buy some touch up paint. A guy at the front came out and looked at the car. He said give me a second he drove the car around fixed the scratch and there was no charge.
Felt like Frank Kent Body Shop cared more about quality than quantity. The rejected the parts Insurance company wanted to use by law… They insisted on OEM parts, which took time but did the right thing. I’m sure other large collision shops would have taken the insurance provider part and turned the car back to ASAP. I felt Frank Kent truly did focus on a quality job. I hope I don’t need a collision shop for a long time but if needed again, I would definitely head to Tommy and Wesley at Frank Kent Body Shop.
If you need your car fixed this is the place to take it. Brad looked at our car that needed a small adjustment then took it to the back and in less than the time to finish a drink he brought it back around fixed. Will definitely be coming back to this place.
