Thanks to Steven and Wes for handling a difficult situation. Although the damage was fairly minor, they helped me understand the difference between my insurance carrier’s estimate and their own. They did the right thing rather than accept the insurance carrier’s estimate that included inferior aftermarket parts. I happily paid a little extra for top notch work with OEM parts. I have used Frank Kent for 35+ years and I will not use anyone else. You shouldn’t either.
The body shop personnel were excellent to work with, especially Tommy. They were professional, compassionate, and calmed my nerves in the stressful time. I highly recommend them.
