They seem very nice at first but it’s a trap. Do not trust them with any of your jewelry. We left a Cartier watch to get a battery replacement and they returned it completely ruined. Claiming we dropped it off like that. We got it back with oxidation marks and missing numbers and letters. The worst part is that they couldn’t admit their mistake and tried to blame it on us and say we dropped off the watch like that even though we did not and they know it. Extremely rude. Best Jewelry store in Town! My Grandfather and I have been coming here for years and have received nothing but kindness and professionalism from the staff at Frank Jewelers. From battery changes on quartz watches to Rolex authentication they can do it. I highly recommend using Frank Jewelers for your next jewelry repair/purchases.

Esta es la peor joyería de Miami son unos tramposos. Empeñé mi reloj con ellos ( reloj que se los había comprado a ellos mismos) y luego de 3meses y medios cuando voy a pagarlo me dice que lo perdí y que lo habían vendido. Ok, yo asumí mi responsabilidad y luego él se. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Super rude to a potential customer. All we did was ask a question and was met with disgust and attitude. Wish I could give them zero stars.
