LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. G!!! He's always there for my children and their needs My son is a serious asthmatic and Dr. G constantly makes sure that he has ALL THE NECESSARY TREATMENTS AND MEDICATIONS HE REQUIRES!!! Thank you Dr. G for everything you do for ALL OF US (seen and unseen). 🥰
I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was born and I love this office however the front end all of the sudden no longer answers the phone. They also don’t follow up on appointment requests. I had to walk in physically last time because the seven calls I made to the office were never answered or hung up on. When I went into the office there was absolutely no one waiting. Due to a change in insurance right while my daughter (6 years) was experiencing her 6th kidney infection/UTI in one year, I had to take my daughter to an urgent care facility because we could no longer see our primary doctor from our previous insurance (Kaiser). I was referred by a Dr. at the urgent care to see Dr. Giancola, who she told me it is an excellent doctor. Dr. Giancola is the best pediatrician in Northern VA!! My grand daughter has been seeing him for 9 years & is very comfortable with Dr.Giancola. He communicates with kids at their level & puts there minds at ease when it comes to explaining medically what’s going on. If I could give Dr. Giancola 12 stars I would! He’s the BEST!
