Frank's talent is five star. However, my guess is that since I was only receiving cuts (and not getting coloring services), there was little interest in keeping me as a client: two-hour delay for one appointment, last minute cancellation for another, brusque attitude for a Monday morning appointment. If those things don't bother you, or if you are getting both cut and coloring services, you may be pleased with this salon.
Frank did an amazing job cutting my hair! He talked me through what he was going to before he started cutting & explained how to style it. You can definitely tell by the training he has from being over in London how great of talent and skill he truly has. He has a wonderful personality that is relaxing & fun to be around! Will definitely be going to him from now on!
