Frank is a suburb hair stylist. For me, I only go for men's haircut, but the technique, and experience really shows. Frank always takes the shape/form of your face, and makes sure that the cut frames really well. Stop going to cheaper places every few weeks and then after two weeks it does not look so great,, You can tell a really good haircut, by when your hair starts growing out, the shape and form stays, and you don't look like you need a haircut even when you do!
