Have the greatest respect for Dr Frank Lee and for his expertise and great customer service.
Most staff are nice and friendly, however the receptionist can do better, I don’t feel I am being welcomed at the reception desk. There is only one check in automatic machine for Eye Physician office. I have to wait more than 20 minutes in line. Wish patience can get more assistance from the front admin or add another machine.
